Betzest Casino - Payment has "disappeared"
I deposited money 11 days ago at Betzest but the money didnt reach the account, so I contacted them to see what happened. They told me that the deposit was "rejected", but the money had been withdrawn from my account, so I contacted my bank to see what happened, and they confirmed that the money had been transfered to "Betzest".
So I contact the support once again, and in the beggining they responded instantly, but as soon as they realized that they had done something wrong they stopped responding. I tried both with email and live chat.
I thought that it was so strange so I tried to contact them on the same time using another nickname, and they responded instantly. After a while I got in contact with their manager "Stefan" who I sent proof of the bank transfer to, and he directly started to blame their payment provider "APCOApay". He told me that he would get back to me as soon as he got an answer.
All the support persons I was in contact with Stefan before said the same thing - That the money hasnt been transfered - But it was all a lie!
I didnt hear from them in a couple of days so I tried to contact them again, but they didnt answer at all. So I try once again to contact them through another alias, and get an answer DIRECT. Very strange!
I tried to contact them multiple times last week both via email and live chat, but they havent responded me at all in 7 days from now. The money is gone from the bank account and the bank confirmed that it has been transfered.
I feel extremely badly treated by Betzest, they've stolen my money.
