Betzest Casino - Does not answer me and does not process my withdrawal

My name is Asparuh < surname removed > and I registered 2 months ago in Betzest. 12 days ago I requested my first withdrawal. My account is verified. At first Betzest told me that they would pay up to 3 business days. But more than 3 days passed. Then they emailed me that "they have technical difficulties". Here is their e-mail:

As you can see, this e-mail is from 29th of November. I am still not paid. I am sending e-mails to Betzest and they do now answer me. On live chat they say that they would inform me by e-mail...but no emails are coming.
I strongly dont believe that they have technical difficulties. Depositing is easy, why withdrawals should be difficult? I offered them to pay me via bank transfer or Skrill if they cannot proceed my withdrawal via Neteller. Moreover I found a thread in a betting forum where they also excused their delay with "technical difficulties". And this was a month ago.
I withdrew only 1000 euros because this is the maximum amount per withdrawal. However I have nearly 4000 euros there and I am very worried about my money. I attach a screenshot. Could you please help me?
