Betway Casino - Withdraw amount not credited even though in the portal it is showing as paid and after sending in all the required verification documents
I withdrew Rs 8545.99 from Betway on the 1st of September,2023.
Till then its been 11 days but my withdrawals have not been paid.
When I try to contact them they are only saying that your account is under review with the operations team. I have sent in all the required documents more than twice but once they are telling me that all the other verifications are done except proof of deposit. Then when I sent them the bank statement they are telling me proof of address was remaining. It has become really frustrating to go back and forth over the same issue each and every day. So hereby I request the Ask Gamblers team to look into this matter and take it towards a quick resolution.
