I requested to withdraw on 24 January and till now the withdrawal not been processed and when I asked them about that , they asked from me to change my preferred withdrawal method or put it correctly.
My preferred withdrawal method was my Neteller account that I deposited by it and saved automatically after this deposit so how they ask me to put it correctly
Besides that, I followed their instructions and changed my preferred withdrawal method to astropay card and still now the withdrawal not been reprocessed and I feel bad as I have balance on betway and not requested to withdraw it as I can see they delayed the withdrawals so I placed bets using my balance and I feel that betway delayed payment till I lose my balance as my balance was 210$ after I requested the withdrawal and now became 105$ and I want to use the account freely , withdraw what I want and gamble what I want
