I can't request a withdrawal as betway didn't even review my documents till now and every time click on withdrawal section I received a pop-up message confirm that they received the documents and only it take 24 hr to review the documents as in proofs here .
And from day 17 feb and before even deposited on betway, I already sent all required documents and till today I only received one email asking from me to send documents of My ID ( it seems an automated email) and all the time I spoke with chat support, they confirmed that documents still in review and now I feel that there are enthusiasm towards customers send their documents in Arabic language as this process only take 24 hr not all this the time. So I wish Askgamblers to help me and speed up this process to be able to request a withdrawal as now I only able to deposit and gamble only and this is unfair.

As apparent from the submitter's latest post, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that, unfortunately, the complaint is not compliant with the AGCCS Guidelines, section Balance played off while waiting to be paid and, therefore, is being rejected.
