Hi I have a complaint to make regarding a withdrawal of 600$ that I made on betway they asked me for information which I sent they kept telling me that they needed proof that the card belonged to me which I did. I still have all the documents by the way but I got so upset I think I excluded myself from the casino but I didn't know I could find help regarding my situation but I would love to get my 600$ back, especially after putting in thousands of dollars.
