I made a withdrawal on 16th Jan 2024 and noticed it went from payment approved and bounced back spoke on chat as this only way to contact them and was told to update my payment method and fund would be approved in 24hours and didn't happen. Now 29th Jan 2024 and tried contacting them and sitting on chat for 7hrs each week to get first line to be kicked off is joke. You see their reviews on trust pilot and they are all bad and betway response is awful and not care.
