On 01/08/2024, I placed several bets that still have open betting status.
After the match ended, I had 1763 euros in my account, but after a day the money disappeared!
The money won was not allocated to my account, namely the amount of 1763 eur!
Please help me recover my money!

After careful consideration and evaluation of the situation at hand, it has been determined that due to the inability of Betway Casino to provide a clear timeframe for the conclusion of the ongoing investigation, and taking into account the significant duration of time that has already transpired, the AskGamblers Complaint Team had no other choice but to close the complaint as Unresolved.
We do, however, recommend Betway Casino to request a reopening of the complaint, once the investigation has been concluded.
Unfortunately, for operational reasons we are unable to give you a timeframe for when the bets will be settled. As soon as the investigation is finished, the bets will be updated accordingly.
