Hello everyone, I need help, in September 2024 I registered with the bookmaker betwap and made a deposit. I played different matches, placed bets and at a certain point some bets became unsettled. I waited, they still haven't been calculated, six months later my account balance became negative, they can't help in the chat, they say that the provider suspects certain games, is it normal to check bets for 6 months? I ask for help to solve the problem because the bookmaker itself is in no hurry to solve it. In the chat the bookmaker said that you have to wait 3 years. They're crazy, in 3 years this bookmaker will disappear with all the money. I have waited long enough, 3 years is outrageous, provide me with some proof that there is at least some minimal investigation by special agencies on these games where you gave a refund. Account Blocked or Closed and My Account Balance Funds Unreturned

I had an active account Balance of more than 100,000 INR in my Betswap account. All of a sudden my account was blocked or closed by Betswap without notifying me.

I have not claimed any kind of Bonus/Offers from the company.

I and my family members do not hold any multiple accounts with the company.

I have reached out for help on the Live chat support and also asked to inform me whether they are going to return me back my funds or not. But I have not received any response from them on my email regarding my available funds which has still not been returned by the Betswap Company.

As I have been helpless and tried all support options online, I now hope Askgamblers platform helps me get back my hard earned funds at least from the Online casino company.

Hi. I encountered a problem with this bookmaker, namely, it does not calculate bets. The amount of money is 565 dollars. I made two bets on football, one of them with odds of 1.35. Several days passed and the bets remained uncalculated. I wrote to the support chat, they replied that I should wait up to 3 years. They suspect the game of dishonesty. I decided to google reviews of this bookmaker, and realized that I was not the only one. All their bets that win are dishonest, and are investigated for 3 years. This is a disaster. Do not make a deposit in this bookmaker. It is a one-sided game, only so that you lose your money, if you win, they will check your bets for 3 years. In general, another bookmaker scam.

Hi, it has been 5 days since I made three withdrawals from Betswap. Two of them were 500 euros each and one was 1000 euros. The withdrawals were made using the same method as the deposit, my MasterCard. I contacted support after one day and received a response that the withdrawal had been made and had moved to the next process. I waited another day, but nothing happened. I asked support again what was happening with my case. This time I was told that there was a technical issue with the withdrawal, but they were working on it and I just needed to wait for it to be resolved. Another day went by, and I wrote to support again, but received the exact same response: "We have a technical problem, but we are waiting for a response from the finance department." Now it has been 5 days and I have not received any withdrawals and I keep getting the same response every time I contact support. This is not acceptable as they market their withdrawals as immediate.

This is the latest answer from the support.

"Hello Andreas, the payments team is working hard to fix this issue but we are facing some technical difficulties with bank account transfer hence the long delay. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience but we are working hard to fix this as soon as possible."
