Hello, I had long chat with support but got only automatic reply, as they ask me to create new bank, because current one witch I used for deposits to casino and daily uses some why are not alright for them. I asked about alternative withdrawal methods, but chat just keeping auto answer please get new bank wire transfer details, and its impossible to do for me. I'm using official bank to receive my salary and pay taxes, as both credit cards are added to that bank iban witch used for deposit, I want to attach screenshots from chat and get help.
