Bet365 Casino - Unreasonable Verification Requests!

my name is thomas **** and I am 73 years old in june of this year...I currently hold a balance of 78gbp in my bet365 account..my account has subsequently been closed for verification purposes and was asked to send in ID documents..I sent in my Passport and then was asked to send in a picture of me holding my passport against my face which again I adhered to. but now 365 require a driving licence or national ID card ???? why they need another form of photo ID is beyond me !!! I have told them I do not drive and never have done...but there response to this was that the only way we could move forward with the verification of the account is if I apply for a driving licence !!! I am 72 years of age and I do NOT intend on applying for a driving licence for the first time at this time in my life...I have never heard of anything so ludicrous in my life and if this is how 365 treat there customers then they can keep the money as I will not be doing this ! for a 78 gbp balance that sort of verification is outrageous and just cannot understand why an institution would need more than one item of photo ID even though I have sent that ID in a picture against my face as well...I am not playing there silly games.
Ask Gamblers can you please have a word with them and agree this is an outrage

Nobody has responded to me...what is your honest opinion? Pretty disgraceful and arrogant to ask a man of my age to apply for a driving licence to withdraw 75gbp !!

Bet365 Casino - Bet365 refuses to payout to my bank account

I made a deposit on bet365.nl using Revolut. No bonus no wagering nothing active. The moment I tried to withdraw, they told me I cannot make a withdrawal to a Revolut bank account it has to be a Dutch bank account they said. How is that even possible? I made the deposit with that bank account I should be able to withdraw to it, makes no sense at all. It's still even an option in the available deposit options and withdrawals.

Anyway, I told them I don't have an active Dutch bank account at the moment and my Revolut account is the only bank account I have. They refuse to pay out to that account, although I showed them ownership of the account, bank statements, and basically everything they needed.

I've been going back and forth with them through email for like 12 days now every day. Each day some other employee replies and gives me different answers, like You can use Paypal to withdraw that should work, I try it and they block my account and tell me that is not an option. The next day another employee says you can withdraw to any European bank account, just show us you are the owner and bank statements. I have another bank account that isn't Dutch, I try to withdraw to that by giving them all the info they need, but after giving it to them they refuse and tell me only a Dutch bank is allowed to withdraw to. They keep referring to their T&C which says absolutely nothing about that.

This just keeps going back and forth and I am sick of it, how can a casino act like this? I just want my money which I won fair and square. The account is now blocked for further gaming or activity, I can only log in. They even removed the block once tempting me to play again and lose the balance which failed, after that they blocked it again.

They keep saying only withdrawal to a Dutch account is possible, well I don't have one, so now what? I've never ever had this problem with any casino or betting company.

Bet365 Casino - Verification Issues
The evidence is damming please find attached the evidence of my mistreatment by casino bet365 The facts! Just to explain my situation. I am an australian who has just recently been transfered to the UK by the company i work for in Australia for 6 months. 1) On 24/03/2016 and 25/03/2016 i received emails stating that my account had been fully verified and there was nothing more that was needed in that regard. Please find a screen shot of the two emails as proof. 2) On 24/03/2016 i received an email from skrill advising me that funds were received in my moneybookers (Skrill Account) for 500 USD from bet365. So you processed my withdrawal to my skrill account. Please find this skrill email attached. 3) since the two emails on the 25th and 24th of April 2016 stating that my account was apparently fully verified and there is no further documents needed regarding verification with bet365 i have made ten deposits totalling $361.50 USD. The final transaction was a deposit of $35.00 USD on 1st April 2016 which is still sitting in my account right now. The reason for this is because when i went to log in the next day on the 2nd of April 2016 to play with those funds my login kept failing. I went straight to chat to see what was going on with my account and they told me that my account had restrictions on it and the opetator told me i would have received an email regarding this matter to which i never received the email. The chat operator continued to inform me that all of a sudden after the the two emails stating that my bet365 account had been fully verified and after bet365 had paid and processed a withdrawal of $500 USD plus ten further deposits via skrill totalling $361.50 including the $35.00 USD still sitting in my account that my account now was suspended pending a verification document that was all of a sudden needed. Bet365 required me to send in in a photo of another photographic ID other then the passport i had already sent in (to which i dont have and have never needed another) this time with me in the photo holding it up to prove that i am in fact the person who is sending in these docs. So i sent in a photo my passport with me in the photo holding it but that isnt good enough and im still unable to play my funds nor login to my account after emails informing bet365 that i dont have a second photographic ID. Now support is ignoring me and chat say they are not allowed to discuss this matter any further. So my $35.00 USD remains in my account im in UK and i cant get another photographic ID to satisfy Bet365s unreasonable demands until i go back to Australia. They are trully disgusting and unreasonable. When i asked them to just withdraw my $35 that is sitting in my account and close it down they told me that i can only withdraw the funds once a photo of a second form of photographic ID is sent to them with me in the photo holding the ID next to my face. When prompted regarding bet365 having processed a withdrawal just after my account had been fully verified although if im not verified now without this second form of ID then i mustnt have been verified when they processed my withdrawal. Then they stated that i had passed the necessary checks in regarding withdrawal. All of a sudden im not verified and i cannot make a withdrawal or access my funds yet nothing has changed on my part since the the two emails sent to me stating was fully verified and immediately following these emails had a withdrawal processed by bet365.
