After winning 48k in a slot, I had my account suspended. Despite having completed KYC before they requested new documents. After providing multiple documents they have gone silent for over 2 weeks. Winning on 30th October, payment requested the same day,on 30th October. Account suspended 5 days after this. They have only replied on the 22nd, asking for clarification on my bank statement. However this statement relates to address verification only so I fail to see where is any of their business what I do with my bank account. In any case the reply I gave them, on the same day, is in a file attached.
