Nearly two weeks and I havent had anything back from them about anything. I have several hundred in the account. Which is my money. Not winnings. And it feels to me like theyre trying to steal it. They simply dont care. Thats the impression ive been left with. Because they think theyre untouchable. So they can do this and get away with it. I went onto a forum called Trust pilot and was horrified by how many people have similar stories. Something need to be done ablout this company.

Upon reviewing your case we found out that indeed your account was locked temporarily per security reasons on 08/24/2020. Your case was then forwarded to our Security Team for a full review and unfortunately verification took longer than expected.
That said your account was reactivated on 9/16/2020 and you have managed to withdraw your funds on 09/22/2020 which should have been received by 9/21/20220.
