On the 27th of August. I tried to log into my account to play.Only to be met by account temporarily disabled. I rang support on the 27th of August. To be told there was supposedly a security issue on my account being looked into by their security team. And they would be in contact in 72 hours. There was no reply in this time frame. I waited for a whole week and called AGAIN. Only to be palmed off with the same excuse. And again told I would this time have to wait 48 hours. And that my case had been escalated. Fast forward 48 hours NO REPLY. Today the 8th of September. I called them for the third time. Again the same line. Our security team are looking into it. And will be in contact in 72 hours.

Nearly two weeks and I havent had anything back from them about anything. I have several hundred in the account. Which is my money. Not winnings. And it feels to me like theyre trying to steal it. They simply dont care. Thats the impression ive been left with. Because they think theyre untouchable. So they can do this and get away with it. I went onto a forum called Trust pilot and was horrified by how many people have similar stories. Something need to be done ablout this company.
