I deposited money and set up and started playing but account was then blocked as I had an old account which I didn’t realize. 888 said they transferred my £559 back to my bank account.
Received withdraw email to say I would have it in 7 days. That was 3 weeks ago.
Email multiple times a day and they say it’s been escalated but no one is taking responsibility or telling me what’s happening. It’s £559!
