Since then they have responded to me at a pace of one email per week, saying that if I deposit using Skrill they can withdraw to there. This was done yesterday (May 23rd) and I was personally assured by the transaction team agent (see attached file), that it would be processed by the end of the working day yesterday. Once again, they have not sent the money or confirmed its release. I am really tired of chasing my money with this incompetent casino. I have attached proof showing relevant communication by the casino.
