888 Casino - Casino is blocking my withdrawal only shows cancelled card
I have money stuck in my 888 Casino account and I’m unable to withdraw it.
The only withdrawal method available is a bank card that was cancelled due to loss — I have already informed support about this.
I made a new deposit via MB Way, using a payment method under the same name. According to your terms, this should activate the method for withdrawals as well.
I have submitted all required documents.
– ID
– Proof of address
– Proof of the new payment method
After many days with no reply, I finally received an answer saying the issue was resolved — but the problem remains exactly the same.
I replied to inform support that the issue is not fixed, but I’ve been completely ignored ever since.
This situation is unacceptable. I am simply asking to withdraw my own money using a verified method.
Please intervene urgently.
