Unable to withdraw different payment methods

Fiz um pedido de saque de 300€ no dia 20-07-2024 e o que normalmente demorava minutos a entrar na minha conta bancária, desta vez, 10 dias depois ainda não recebi o pagamneto na minha conta bancária. Entrei em contacto com o chat do casino varias vezes e me disseram sempre que teria que aguardar até 7 dias, para que o dinheiro entrasse na minha conta.

Passado os 7 dias, entrei novamente em contacto no chat e me disseram, que teria que enviar um e-mail para o suporte técnico com o extrato bancário desde o dia do pedido do saque, para comprovar que não recebi nada.

Já enviei tudo certinho para eles e me responderam que a minha situação está a ser tratada.

Posteriormente me pediram os meus dados para fazer nova verificação de identidade, já enviei tudo o que me pediram e continuo sem resposta e sem o dinheiro na minha conta.

Não entendo porque enrolam tanto as conversas de dia para dia, com desculpas diferentes...

Esta situação nunca me aconteceu e já jogo neste casino há muito tempo.

Hi! I’m writing this complaint since I haven’t received my payment for the withdrawal request from Sunday 10th of May. It’s now been 8 days of customer service telling me to be patient and receiving automatically generated replies from so-called ”live agents”. The terms and conditions state that a withdrawal request should take a maximum of 5 days, and it’s now been 8. I’ve submitted every document they’ve asked for and before already got a payment from a different withdrawal request. However, this particular request has yet to be resolved, hence, I’m writing this complaint. They’re holding 150,11€ of my money, and they’re not able to provide me with answers nor a payment. I tried lodging a complaint against this bookmaker but it was rejected and told to wait until the bookmaker finishes the process. I indeed waited 72 hours and the bookmaker responded by asking for documents I already sent. When I told them I already sent the documents they are asking for they send the same answer as before " your documents are sent to the specialist, wait for the answer ". I'd like to emphasize this is what they said 3 days ago when the documents were sent and now they're saying it again! Clearly this is some kind of delay tactic!, and I've had enough of this. It is now 4 days and my account is still not verified and everyday I'm getting frustrated with this bookmaker! I have sent every single document at my disposal to these. The casino is not withdrawing my money. They put me through a verification process and requested various photos and documents. I provided absolutely everything. And now they’ve just been ignoring me for a month, giving me excuses. They’re not telling me anything. Just “please wait, your data is being verified.” It’s already been a month! Recently, I won a combo bet and tried to withdraw just ₹1000, which is not even close to 5% of my lifetime loss. Suddenly, my withdrawal was rejected, and they blocked all transactions on my account, including withdrawals, betting, and everything else.
I contacted their customer service via email. They asked for my Aadhaar photo, which I provided clearly. Then they asked for a PDF copy of my Aadhaar card, which I also submitted. However, it has been 3 days, and they have still not fixed the issue.
Their customer service is very rude and unprofessional. They are behaving very badly. I have suffered a lot because of this platform.

I have repeatedly clarified to 22Bet Security that the source of funds is a non-custodial "Trust Wallet".
• Nature of the Wallet: These wallets are decentralized and anonymous by design; they do not hold personal data.
• Source of Funds: The crypto assets were purchased with cash at a physical point of sale, not through a centralized exchange (CEX) or website. Therefore, the requested "purchase screenshot" is a physical and technical impossibility.
• Evidence Provided: I have submitted the full blockchain traceability (Transaction IDs) proving the funds originated from my wallet.
• Arbitrary Rejection: The casino summarily dismissed this evidence, stating: "Screenshots from the etherscan website are not accepted for verification."

5. Grounds for Complaint
The casino's refusal to accept blockchain evidence—the only objective proof for cryptocurrency—while demanding non-existent documentation from a decentralized wallet, constitutes a procedural deadlock.
Furthermore, 22Bet does not explicitly state that users are prohibited from using non-custodial wallets (like Trust Wallet), nor did they flag this during the initial deposits and withdrawals.

6. Desired Resolution

1. Restoration of Access: Immediate access to my legitimate funds ($1,000 USD).

2. Verification Completion: Recognition of the blockchain traceability provided as valid proof of ownership, given the decentralized nature of the wallet.
