Forcing me to use a new withdrawal method
I have been a happy user of 20bet until yesterday. Deposit and withdrawal was not a problem and I did many of them. Did also all kind of verifications which were needed and always was happy to do my part.
As of yesterday they try to force me to use another cash out method with the reason that the transaction is being declined by my bank. At first I trusted that and contacted my bank. The bank checked everything and could not find any transactions whatsoever. I also tried to receive payments from other providers just to check if everything was okay, and I did receive payments with no problem.
Then I contacted 20bet and informed them, that there is no problem whatsoever with my bank and advised them to try again to transfer me my money. They kept refusing that and wanted me to choose another payment method even tho I had now proove that everything works perfectly with my Credit Card provider!!
I am guessing they want me to use another method because it would take at least 10 days for me to open another E-Wallet, do the verification with them and then do the verification with 20bet again and so on.
20bet even expects from me to do a new "deposit" with another payment method, before I can use that method for "cash-out"
I am really dissapointed and feel like I will not see my money ever! 1 thing is for sure that I will not do what they want me to do! LOSE THE MONEY IN THE NEXT DAYS, WHILE THIS CASE IS BEING SOLVED!
