I made a withdrawal of k2853 from my helabet.

My account ID IS 1065197685 The withdrawal has been pending for 3 weeks now. Money has not been credited in the account

I was told to email the support team of which I did and there is no feed back no response.

I chat with helabet live chat they say can't do anything they refer me to support but support team don't reply to my emails.

I feel I lost my money. I want my money paid back into my account. I have everything needed to show that the money hasn't been paid the money is still pending in my account helabet I want my money u don't respond to my emails.

I believe this is payment processing error not like u said that u are waiting for responce from the payment providers side so the questions what have you done so have you found the problem? Payment provider can't take 1 month to process a withdraw your system has helabet has a problem please check it 1 month of delay is too much

Useless company this is my last time to reply to this useless conversation..a waiste of time . you have failed to solve the problem .I have lost my money .what I have discovered is the that helabet team you don't solve problems you only re appear when case has been closed then you claim that the player withdrew the money since you know that the player has disappeared and cant reply..
