Mr Green Casino - Mr Green 5360 euro locked after KYC no reply from ID or Complaints team
Hello AskGamblers Team,

I am submitting this complaint regarding my Mr Green account, which currently has €5,360 locked due to a pending address verification.

On October 16, I emailed [email protected]
with a full explanation and attached all required verification documents (photo ID, selfie with ID, and proof of address). In that email, I clarified that I had mistakenly entered my father’s address during registration, but my official registered address is my mother’s residence, and I attached proof confirming this.

The same day I received an automated reply from Mr Green, confirming receipt of my message and stating that I would get a response within 72 hours. However, no one ever contacted me.

After 10 days with no reply, I sent a reminder email on October 26 to the same address.
Then, on October 27, I also contacted [email protected]
to escalate the matter — still without any response.

As of today, more than three weeks have passed, and my account remains restricted despite me having provided all required KYC documents and explanations.

I have also reviewed other complaints from customers on AskGamblers, and it’s clear that this is not the first time Mr Green has failed to respond to verification or payment-related issues within a reasonable timeframe.

Requested resolution:

Complete my KYC verification.

Unlock my account.

Release my balance of €5,360 immediately.

All documents and correspondence are attached below as evidence.

Mr Green Casino - Casino not helping and delaying my verification

I honestly don’t know what else to do at this point. I played at this casino on August 1st, and I won using my own money (no bonus or anything). After that, I uploaded my documents for verification, identity, and proof of address.

Then the nightmare started.

My proof of address was rejected. Support told me I need to upload a bank statement showing transactions, so I did that. It got rejected again.

Then I uploaded a statement from my Irish bank. That also got rejected. When I asked them why, they said it’s either cropped or not fully visible, which honestly makes no sense because it’s completely clear and readable. I’ll attach it here so you can see it too.

After that, they told me to upload a utility bill, which I don’t have because none are in my name. I explained that to them, but they just keep rejecting my documents without giving me any proper explanation. I’ve asked several times for them to tell me exactly what’s wrong or what I should upload instead, but I just get ignored or the same generic replies.

I even sent them a warning email 6 days ago, asking for proper help, or I’d have to escalate things; no reply to that either.

It’s been weeks now, and I’m still stuck. I feel like I’m just going in circles with no one actually looking into my case. I’m really tired of this. I just want to get verified and access my money. I’ve done everything they asked, and every time I try to follow their instructions, they change something or reject it again.

This shouldn’t be this hard.

Non of these behaviours are befitting of a reputable Casino.

The basic facts about this casino is that it is a big scam when it comes to their vip "club royale" membership. This is the reason: I have now been waiting for over 6 months for their loyalty program. This is still under construction, yet they are advertising it like everything else. I have been a high roller on this casino for many months now. About 1500,- 2000,- euro a week for over 6 months.. Alot of money, I know.

The last week I played as usual for about 1700,- euro. And suddenly i got a mail from my vip guy that I have lost my cashback on 10% because it was too little activity. The guy in vip support have not even contacted me personal about this. So the whole vip club royale membership is a big scam to be honest. Well ok. My guess is that this casino used to be a better one in the past but have now gotten alot of competition the last years, and doesn't make the same amount of money like they used to. For all you people that is used to spend alot of money, and want to be treated as a good customer. Stay away from this place. My total spending have been about 30000,- euro on 6 months.. I honestly thought that would be more than enough. U win some, u loose some. That is the game of the casinoworld. But too be treated like this is nothing else than a big scam.

Overall it's a good casino, but things have changed after a while. I play for 2 years on avg. My status is VIP. It does offer some free spins here and there if your playing along.

A bunch of favorite games disappeared. Kronos, Zeus, some games are even changed completely from interface and / or play. It seems to me that Mr Green is probably trying to get rid of any external supplier of games from 3rd parties. The bad part is that if they don't change this very soon I'll have to find another casino that offers these games.

I have a feeling that I am being compensated along the playing of games as well. With being compensated I mean, if I'd have a 3 day losing streak I get booted from 50 deposit up to 1400 on various games in total. And it seems to hit a wall from there. The fun of course, ends after a few winnings here and there, and there's this downward spiral. I am not sure if this is Mrgreen or the game provider, it's something that seems to occur on online play. The overall RTP does not really seem to be in effect if your on the losing streak days. It's very odd, but again, behavior I've seen at other casino's as well.

I loved this site because withdrawals were really fast. Sometimes it took less than 10 minutes to receive my winnings to my PayPal account. The site is easy to use and your most played games are always just a click away.

There is hardly any bonus available, or they are not worth the hassle. The last couple of weeks my withdrawals have also slowed down I withdrew some of my winnings on Thursday evening and it was still pending Friday afternoon. Decided to reverse withdrawal, lost more than half of my winnings, now waiting for the bit but its pending again since last night (over 12 hrs). Chat doesn't seem to be available any time I try, so not sure if they need more verification or what the hold up is.
The fee for withdrawals and the minimum withdrawal also something that I don't like. So for these reasons I spend a lot less of my time on Mr Green anymore.

Been playing here for some years now, never have problem with verification or withdrawals. A big selection of slots, my favourite to play, never play table or livegames. Normal bonus playtrough and nice actions from time to time. They changed there withdrawal time, and it's super fast now, and if there is something I dislike from many other casino's is the pending time that can last up to 48 hours. In my opinion, Mr Green is the most generous casino online. I've visited quite a lot of service but none made constant gifts. Every time I deposit money at Mr Green I get a gift half of money that I put in. It allows me to pay for longer and try more games in one go.
