Mr Green Casino - Mr Green 5360 euro locked after KYC no reply from ID or Complaints team
Hello AskGamblers Team,

I am submitting this complaint regarding my Mr Green account, which currently has €5,360 locked due to a pending address verification.

On October 16, I emailed [email protected]
with a full explanation and attached all required verification documents (photo ID, selfie with ID, and proof of address). In that email, I clarified that I had mistakenly entered my father’s address during registration, but my official registered address is my mother’s residence, and I attached proof confirming this.

The same day I received an automated reply from Mr Green, confirming receipt of my message and stating that I would get a response within 72 hours. However, no one ever contacted me.

After 10 days with no reply, I sent a reminder email on October 26 to the same address.
Then, on October 27, I also contacted [email protected]
to escalate the matter — still without any response.

As of today, more than three weeks have passed, and my account remains restricted despite me having provided all required KYC documents and explanations.

I have also reviewed other complaints from customers on AskGamblers, and it’s clear that this is not the first time Mr Green has failed to respond to verification or payment-related issues within a reasonable timeframe.

Requested resolution:

Complete my KYC verification.

Unlock my account.

Release my balance of €5,360 immediately.

All documents and correspondence are attached below as evidence.

Mr Green Casino - Casino not helping and delaying my verification

I honestly don’t know what else to do at this point. I played at this casino on August 1st, and I won using my own money (no bonus or anything). After that, I uploaded my documents for verification, identity, and proof of address.

Then the nightmare started.

My proof of address was rejected. Support told me I need to upload a bank statement showing transactions, so I did that. It got rejected again.

Then I uploaded a statement from my Irish bank. That also got rejected. When I asked them why, they said it’s either cropped or not fully visible, which honestly makes no sense because it’s completely clear and readable. I’ll attach it here so you can see it too.

After that, they told me to upload a utility bill, which I don’t have because none are in my name. I explained that to them, but they just keep rejecting my documents without giving me any proper explanation. I’ve asked several times for them to tell me exactly what’s wrong or what I should upload instead, but I just get ignored or the same generic replies.

I even sent them a warning email 6 days ago, asking for proper help, or I’d have to escalate things; no reply to that either.

It’s been weeks now, and I’m still stuck. I feel like I’m just going in circles with no one actually looking into my case. I’m really tired of this. I just want to get verified and access my money. I’ve done everything they asked, and every time I try to follow their instructions, they change something or reject it again.

This shouldn’t be this hard.

Very easy to register. This casino was the fastest casino I have received a withdrawal from, bravo, I was actually very impressed. The games are interesting and plentiful. However, I never received my Free Spinsat registration and I feel the bonus are slim.

Lots of fun games with a reasonable payback %

Withdrawals are finally very prompt 3 to 4 days into my account

When I first started playing at mr green my withdrawals took forever, and I had to explain many times that in Canada no one can deposit onto my credit card. Mr green kept saying I had to withdrawal the same way I deposited which was impossible and credit card company doesnt allow it.

After many times stalling my withdrawals to my bank because mr green said it had to go on my card as that was the way it was deposited. Finally after many months and many times going through this I told mr green to put a note that all withdrawals must go into my bank like they always have, not credit card and if it happened again I would not play there anymore.

So now everything is good all withdrawals go to bank like they have since I started long ago, and they are fairly fast.

I was also a little disappointed that in the beginning, I play mostly 1 to$5 spins and they offer 10 freespins at .10 cents. Lately they gave freespins at .40 cents I hope the trend continues.

Also I dont like that mr green charges players to withdraw funds, but they dont give many deposit bonuses. The bonuses and perks could be much better and more often

Not much, I tried it because I had read somewhere, other than here that it was a good casino for Canadian to play but today I deposited using Idebit and asked a simple question to customer service Naomi and read my negative reviews below.

Customer Service is awful MY GAAWWD ! I simply asked a very simple question if I could withdraw using Idebit since I deposited using Idebit and never got a straight answer. The answer was "if it is an account yes, if it is a voucher no". What the heck does that mean ? So I politely said I didn't understand and that all I need to know is can I withdraw using the same method i deposited with and before I can press send I got the message that Naomi left the chat.

What kind of service and casino is this ? I see the responses from their customer service on here only say "Thank you for your feedback" , but no interest in trying to resolve anything. WOW !

I need to write min 50 words on the positive part, but since there is none, I'll give them I like the colour green, thats it.

1 of the worst customer support, no good offers/promos, slow withdraws, their customer agents are infact copy paste FAQ robots with no authority. They don't respect responsible gaming fully, from their part its just PR. Stay away. Lots of casinos are much better in all aspects.

But negative points weaken my view of this casino:
- very bad bonuses when any bonus you can get in this casino you can play until you lose your own funds / if you withdraw your money sooner - the bonus money will fall /
- it's not worth playing tournaments or using any deposit bonus, and free spins are allotted as a bonus money.
- unusual promotions and hard-to-play, which in my current progressive time seem disgusting for the players.

Good selection of games and nice site to navigate as a user

Very, very poor bonuses - even for “club royale” members. I’ve spent thousands and thousands at this site and only receive very basic bonuses like 30 free 20p spins on a £60 deposit. Probably the poorest vip program I’ve ever been a member of.

Virgin, for example, give back around 10-12% of cumulative losses - not £5 worth of free spinns

Slow website.
Received no promotional offers in 6 months that I have this account.
Livechat is unable to make any actions. If you experience problems at this casino it takes weeks to get it solved. Stay away from this casino, there are lots of better casinos with a better website, customer support and promotional offers.
