Hello,
My account got blocked 10 days ago for "routine controls" right after first deposit. A email arrived to me asking me for documents and proof of residence. I sent docs tha same day, no response.
I waited few days, sent another email in english because it as written that you reply faster, no response.
Sent docs another time, no response.
Now, the situation is that i have 250 euros freezed on the platform, never played once, and customer service won't answer my emails.
I asked in my local poker club, all say you are the most serious poker site. So what kind of service is this?
Want access to my funds immediately, this has gone too long.
