I have no idea what is happening with poker stars these days. Last week I have verified my account for a 2nd or 3rd time over 10 year time lapse. Well everything went smooth. I was able to verify, and cash out everything with less than 24 h. And then it started:
Yesterday I have deposited 1000 usd. via skrill. Deposit was accepted without problems:
1. I could not load any games, because my playing privileges have been revoked for some reasons. OK.
2. I cant cash out because every deposit have to wagered, but how can I wager if playing privileges is revoked.
I assume everything will last 30 or even more days. How the hell they are able to take my deposit without problems, and not let me cash out because of they rules, which they forced me to not complete. My account is banned or frozen, I have no problems with it.
Seems like I can only deposit, but cant play, and cash out. Come on there's has to some laws to protect me I assume.

i can confirm everything is resolved, together with ASKgamblers, and IBAS. Pokerstars support is very unresponsive. They made easy solvable situation in to a something very complex.
I used wording, I need my money, because I have bills to pay or something close to that. They started investigation if I have gambling issues, which i reasonable.
They did not informed me at all, that something is under investigation. So after some time I happily made a new deposit.
But I was unable to play, support does not reply, I can't cash out or play. More on that I have no idea why.
Together with askgamblers I made them reply, to know at least what's up, and what next step I have to take. It would go nowhere if not IBAS, cause I have opened an dispute there.
Everything solved in couple of months. They did not gave me anything absolutely, an I have missed some profitable promotions in poker. I do understand they don't have to give me anything, but once you mess up, you either give excellent customer support, or treat somehow.
