Missing Withdrawal via Wire Transfer
I made a withdrawal with PokerStars over 10 days ago of USD $100. I have emailed them numerous times about it and there reply was that it has already ben processed on 11-17-2020 bit it has yet to appear on my bank account.
I reached to my bank as well regarding this and they mentioned there was no incoming deposit.
There last reply was this:
"Thank you for your email.
We have reviewed your account and confirmed that this transaction was sent for processing on [DATE] under [TRANSACTION_ID].
In order to assist you further, we ask that you please review your bank statement and verify that there are no credits under [DESCRIPTOR] or similar, in a period of at least 3-5 business days following the date of our processing confirmation email for this transaction.
Keep in mind that your withdrawal can only be considered missing once the time frame above has passed.
If you are unable to find this transaction, email us again and confirm the bank details you were expecting to receive the funds into:
Bank Name:
Account Number:
Swift Code/ABA:
If the banking details match the ones originally submitted by you at the time the withdrawal was requested, we will proceed to contact our processor and request the MT103 form, which serves as documented evidence that the funds were indeed sent to your bank account. Your bank should then be able to trace down the funds with this information.
On the other hand, if the banking details do not match, a payment recall will be required and a fee of approximately 50 GBP may be charged by the processing bank. This amount would be deducted from your Stars Account balance.

Even their email seems to be simply a Macro that the agent failed to conplete.
I have replies confirming the details and emailed them numerous times but they have not responded to me.
