Hi, I have been 3 weeks with my stars account close without any reason and nobody answer my emails, this is incredible...When I try to play it says "your account has been twmporaly restricted pending a routine security investigation. I have been 8 years playing mid and high stakes on stars and this is not the way to trat the client

I will explain some more details about the case here. My account closed with 100,000 euros in, in 3 weeks I have not responded to any mail or just to explain why. A year ago I did something similar but it was solved in 5 days, but now it is happening already. I've been working with them for about 8 years and that's the way to treat a regular customer?
