PokerStars Casino - Ignoring verification request and emails

Since April 19th, I have submitted the documents required to cash out $3975 (ID and bank statement) on three different occasions. PokerStars has completely ignored these requests as well as my emails and twitter DMs asking for help for over two weeks now.

They are still refusing my cash out requests and ignoring any attempt at contacting them. Unfortunately I don't see how I can resolve this other than by submitting a complaint as they are not willing to communicate with me in any way whatsoever.

I can confirm that my documents have been verified and my withdrawal is now being processed.

I am disappointed the only way to get into contact with PokerStars support is by submitting a complaint here, but I want to thank them for finally processing my documents anyway.

I also want to thank the team at AskGamblers as for their quick and effective help!
