Hello
I have a restricted account after making a refund 14 days ago I deposited and withdrew without problems for 4 years until the day of 29/6/2019 that restricted my account.
I have sent my identity card without them asking me not to be waiting for more so I still do not answer.
this check must be done before depositing and playing not later to avoid this restriction.
Sorry for my English is not my language.
(The solution for me is the account reactivation)
