My pokerstars.fr account has been restricted for 17 days now and I can't seem to reach the support in anyway, I answered to their initial e-mail quickly but since not a single soul in the support is willing to respond to me. I also have been trying to verify my documents for the past 3 weeks without any success either.
I sent several e-mails and also tried to reach them via the software support but none of it has worked. It seems that I'm not the only personn with this problem but I don't understand why the support won't send me at least an automated e-mail on the matter.
