With an account open for about two months and betting on sports and casinos, on 21 September I made two separate deposits, one of 400 euros and, following the loss of that money, another 300, both played at live casino tables .
I managed to recover only 500 of the 700 deposited, I decide to withdraw, but the message appears to me that I have to wait 24 hours before I can do it. In the meantime I win a bet for a value of 300 euros and my balance reaches 800. Yesterday, going to login, it appears to me that my account was frozen with the balance in, without having received any notice or motivation and contacting the support , I have not received any reply.
I would appreciate the procedure to unlock the account and my funds thanks.
