I paid $ 360 in poker stars, where poker stars suddenly said they were going to make a general security check that will only take a few minutes. Now I have been waiting for 14 days and written lots of emails without any response from them.
My account should be closed for a few minutes, but it has been closed for 14 days now
I don't understand what's going on, bad style of pokerstars.
