Good afternoon,

At the end of April, I made deposits to Netbet Casino for a total of 470 euros and won 970 euros. Now the balance is 1441 euros. On April 29, withdrawal was ordered. After several days, netbet informed me that it was not possible to process payment via card due to some errors as well as asking for bank details (Swift+IBAN). (This is very strange; I've never had a problem with my Visa, and I'm sure my card is fine; it appears NetBet is having technical difficulties with their processor.)After a short chat where the agent confirmed that in my case, any withdrawal option could be used, I deposited with Skrill eWallet and reordered withdrawal. It was May 2nd already. 

After that, I sent my driver's license, bill, and card photo, and all these documents were approved (you can find confirmation in the chat history attached). After all, my account was temporarily blocked for gambling addiction and "relaying on funds" or "financial unstability". As proof of financial stability, I sent my card statement showing the balance, but the account still does not reopen. 

So in total, my account is temporarily blocked with my initial deposit and winnings. Netbet has two options to send me funds via card or Skrill. 

I humbly ask you to assist in this matter, because netbet doesn't do anything.

In attachments, I provide 2 chat history, as well a letter from 3th May regarding my Skrill e-wallet, withdrawal, and deposit confirmation in Finnish language (sorry for that but I am from Finland).

Thank you for bringing this our attention.

In the case mentioned, player Krushenk, made a withdrawal for which we needed to have the account fully KYC validated, for which we asked the player to send us various documents.

During the process of validating the account, the player made some concerning statements to our customer support team, which lead us to believe that the customer might experience some difficulties and the experience on our website was far more then just for fun, so we had to close the account for his safety.

Also we have received a chargeback request for the amount that the player deposited on our website, of 420EUR, money that were paid back to him.

The following T&C are relevant for this case:

13.7 NetBet will only process a withdrawal request from a Player after:

13.7.3 NetBet has checked that the Player has not made any chargeback with regards to NetBet.
19.2 Without limiting any other rights or remedies available to us, we may at any time set off any positive balance in your Account (and if you have created another Account in breach of this Agreement, such other Account) against any amount owed to us by you. You agree that any Account balance may be used to finance any costs incurred as a result of your fraudulent activity, such as chargebacks on associated Accounts or the reimbursement of funds back to the customer(s) who were colluded against.
22.9 If NetBet concludes that the Player has a gambling addiction problem and that any further use of the NetBet services could prove to be detrimental to the Player's health and/or wellbeing then NetBet reserves the right at its discretion, to block or close the Player's Account and return any positive balances.

With this being said, the withdrawal won't be paid and from our side the case is closed.
