I made a deposit of 20.00 into the casino using Skrill this ammount did not show on my LeoVegas account, i have contacted Skrill who have confirmed the payment being sent to them. I also sent proof of this payment and relevant documentation to LeoVegas it has been over a week and each time i ask the casino they say they are waiting to hear from the payment provider?? i asked for a offer of good will and was rejected and have made more deposits into the casino using the same method no issues. I have been playing for years and in return i get poor service and no compensation... the money is siting there in their skrill account and i have proof! Shocking!

Resolved credited account after 6 days?? And just an email saying account credited wow no empathy ... Leovegas lacking ability to provide good customer service
