Deposit of €280 simply missing
so yesterday i depositted a total of 525 EUR. i though i would have a nice play on a for me new casino. 245 was credited nicely. but i am still missing 280 EUR. the payment has been made because it has been written of my bank account. it has been 24 hours and i tried to go on the live chat. where they told me that what i said just wasnt true. i got PROOF by the way that i made the payments. now i send a mail to the support team but they didnt respond yet. 280 EUR is a lot for me and i think that the support takes a little bit to long. i send a printscreen of my bank account with the mail so they can see for them selves. the reason i put this by complaint is just for the reason that my money has gone missing and i dont like the idea of not knowing where my money is. hopefully someone from netbet can read this and try to help me with my case.
