We would like to confirm that whenever a player claims a bonus , there are wagering requirements that need to be met. If the player requests a withdrawal prior to meeting the wagering requirements, the bonus and any pending winnings are deducted from the withdrawal request.

In this case, and as already communicated to the player, we exceptionally authorised for the winnings to be returned to the players account if he cancels the withdrawal request in order to meet the wagering requirements.

We have not received a reply from the player yet, so we would invite him to contact our Support team with his decision.
