Lengthy Withdrawal process

I requested a withdrawal on October 13th. I received a confirmation of my withdrawal from casino.com. Their withdrawal policy states Up to 3 Business days.
It is now Oct 23 and has been 8 business days and my withdrawal is still pending. I contacted Customer Support on several occasions although they were very courteous no issue was resolved. One Customer Support staff told me it was my Bank that had a hold on funds and the funds have already been transferred. I decided to call my Bank on that following Monday October 21st, my bank saw no funds being transferred. On that very day I contacted Customer Support again and they told me their colleauge made a mistake by telling me that. It was a delay in iDebit verifying my information. He also stated he would personally make sure my issue would be resolved asap and he would look into it.
I am a patient person but when a company breaks their own Policies that creates a poor customer experience. In the gambling industry reputation and customer experience is at the forefront of importance trust needs to be develop between player and casino.
