i have tried numerous times to withdrawn and each time it just says pending.when i email [email protected] they replied that i must complete docs and give me a link, however when i tried to open the link there were now docs to complete.when i have email them a dozen times still no reply and still waiting for feedback. they are quick to take the deposit of your credit card but not so quick to pay!!!!very dissappointed in this pathetic service!!!!!!

We can confirm that the client had sent us emails asking about our withdrawal policy and the status of her withdrawal.

Most the of the emails were responded within hours, but in the mean time more emails had been received from the player which had been queued for reply.

In addition to replying by email, our Support team also called the client to solve the issue.

We are glad to confirm that this issue has been solved since a week now.
