
My Stars account has been frozen more than 3 weeks ago, I have sent multiple emails to the support team and after several days of waiting, one week ago I received an email saying that my account has been permanently closed and they would let me login temporarily in order to allow me to withdraw my money.
However, as of today, 23 September, I still can't access my account. At this point, all I'm asking is that you let me withdraw my funds.
