I have played and withdrawn before from this casino. This time I won 700 euros at the casino and initiated a withdrawal. I first got information that it was getting a first approval from the compliance team (preapproved was the status of withdraw at this time). Then I get an email that my account is inactivated due to use of VPN.


The thing is that I did use VPN, but that was because of advice I have got from the support in live chat. I had problem with playing Pragmatic Play slots, which was necessary to wager the bonus, and the solution I was given was to use VPN to access the slots. The first time it worked and I got my money. But now I did so again and now after using VPN this time to access Pragmatic Play slots I got inactivated. I did not use the VPN to get access to play on the site, but strictly to play Pragmatic Slots as advices from the casino. See attached chat.

I have been met with a very good cooperation and dialogue with the support of WeezyBet. Both with compliance team and the casino manager. As I said they have been very cooperative and helpful with reviewing this case. The account have now been re-activated and the withdrawal has already been processed and I have the money in my account.

I want to thank Weezy Bet for the good treatment in this case and I am looking forward to continue to use their services.
