Hello Unibet, I hope someone reads this. My name is Huib from Holland and I won some money on unibet (€160). Just pennys for an organisation like unibet. And still thaey make it impossible for me to withdrawal my money. After 3 months they finally accepted my id-card and my prove of adress. Now i have send in my bankstatment (for the 5th time). It says on the website that this takes 3-5 days to process. Ik have been waiting 3 weeks for this. 3 weeks! Is absolutely insane. I have tried to make contact but i always get the same answer and that is that they can't see that anything is wrong. So a thump down for the service aswell. I really hope someone from unibet reads this and contacts me. You can email me < email removed > or < email removed >. One off those will have to do. My users id is 103931812.

Someone replied. And they told me to send you a bank statement off a bankacount that doesn't exist anymore. So I send my new bank statement records it seems like they have been denied. You have really made it impossible to withdrawl my money because you are basically asking for a bankacount statement that doesn't exist anymore. If this pure thievery is not enough you have also blocked my acount. I hope you will try to make this right. I hope all the people who read this think twice before they use unibet as there gamble platform.
