Dear AskGamblers Team,
I am writing to file a formal complaint against Spinsy Casino regarding the unacceptable delay in processing my withdrawal.
Details of the Issue:
I requested a withdrawal on 27/01/2025 for an amount of 360$
According to Spinsy's policy, withdrawals should be processed within 3 days. However, it has now been 7 days, and I have yet to receive my funds.
Attempts to Resolve the Issue:
I contacted customer support multiple times, but their responses were vague and unhelpful.
Despite providing all necessary documents and complying with their procedures, the withdrawal is still pending without any valid explanation
This situation is both frustrating and unacceptable. I trust AskGamblers will help mediate this issue and ensure Spinsy Casino honors its commitment to process withdrawals in a timely manner.

9th day without my withdrawal, I went back to the customer service chat to find out the excuse of the day 🙄 (hahah) I was told repeatedly that it was the payment provider's fault the problem. I then asked for proof that my payment was triggered and then she gave me their support email but still no response 🤷♀️ I think it's dead for today. I can't wait to know tomorrow maybe! 😔

8th day without my withdrawal, it still hasn't moved, customer service has changed its response now it's because of too large a volume of withdrawals whereas yesterday it was because of the delay of the service provider... I feel like I'm being fooled.
