Closed account after deposit was not credited

They closed my account after deposit wasn't credited. I ask support about the issue on the side using chat function they said it will be handled, but next day my account was closed. I send them already 3 emails, but I got no response. Don't know why that decide to close my account. I played there about two months, all looked fine and now I don't have money and account as well
