Pending for days nobody gives me answer

I opened account here and deposited a few times, got a nice little win and when i went to withdraw i sent in the documents which were accepted. But now 4 days later my withdrawal is still only ‘pending’ . Support are just sending the same copy and paste answer all the time saying keep an eye on your email, but nobody can tell me when ill recieve my money!
