I have been playing with Royal Panda for more than 1 year and I am diamond level player which have been verified long time ago. I won £9900 on Monday 03/09/18 and I have made the withdrawal request of my winning. I was then waited for about 2 days. On 05/09/18 RP contact me via email asking me for verification document of a credit card (which is not the one I made deposit initially), anyway I scan it and email them for verification. 1 day later, on 06/09/18 , RP contact me again via email and asking me to scan my last payslip for verification which I have then done, so I have to wait for another 24 hours again. On 07/09/18, they replied via email and said they received my document and asking me to wait for 24 hours again. Then this morning on 08/09/18, they send me an email again asking for another document for verification.
This is totally ridiculous, I have been loyal player for so long and been verified so many times. Every email send by RP is for different customer service. When it comes to high winning payout, they start stalling or delayed payment by keep asking for more document for verification. Why cant RP ask in one goal but choose to keep stalling the payout?
Please I need some help, it has been 5 days since I start making the withdrawal. I am happy to summit proof here should you require any. I have all the email as evidence and also screenshot of my winning pending withdrawal etc.

I have summited at least 4 documents for verification at 3 different episodes, what RP replied is the generic stating will process as soon as possible. It has been 7 days since I made my withdrawal of 9900 pounds and I am still waiting.
