Good day.

I am seeking the help of AskGamblers and ROObet casino regarding my 97,000 USD withdrawal.

I have done a lot of withdrawals and so far everything was flawlessly and quick. Unfortunately, this particular withdrawal is taking longer than usual. I tried contacting livehelp and they keep saying that the withdrawal is undergoing verification and can't give an ETA.

May I ask for help on this matter. Thank you.

In fairness to Roobet they have been replying to my chat and email but they all give a generic response and unable to give a specific timeline and update.

Would appreciate specific feedback and timeline of release of my withdrawal.

Hi all,

I requested 2 withdrawals, and it's taking a long time to process. They are saying, “It's routine for them to verify some random withdrawals.” I do not understand what they are doing.

I need help getting my money, and I also need to get a proper response and/or update regarding my withdrawals not being sent accordingly

Here are the withdrawals:

Why is this suddenly happening during a routine check? I really don't understand what they're doing.
Previously, my withdrawals only took a few minutes.
But when I made a large withdrawal, it took until today, possibly two days.

I've chatted with the operator, but they only said it was being checked routinely, without any confirmation.

Withdrawal processing since four days

Hello,
So I have been a VIP player of roobet since many years. Recently, I was approached by them to return to roobet as VIP again. I did and deposited 5 figure balance. I played for a couple of hours and won. I withdrew couple of thousand first and it was processed. Upon withdrawing 22,379$ it was showing processing and I reached out to support and was informed it’s under regular review and this is part of protocol and need to wait for approval. Today is 4th day and every time I reach out to them I am adviced to be patient and it’s under review.

Being fair to them they do respond to me especially the manager assigned to me but all these days the response is generic. They are unable to provide me an ETA either. This is something which takes not more than a day. However, the wait is frustrating. I would request roobet to process my withdrawal of 22,379$

Hi,

I am posting this since I've been messaging support for the last 4 days for the status on withdrawal.

I am only receiving the same reply that it's under checks, and we can't tell you a time frame.

I had deposited 120k and, after some bets, decided to back off and thought I'd be able to withdraw without problem, but all my money is stuck now.

Before this, withdrawal was completed in a few hours.

Confiscated my balance after requesting address verification

Hello AskGamblers Team,

I would like to submit a complaint regarding Roobet Casino.

On January 28, 2026, I registered an account at Roobet and immediately completed the identity verification process by submitting my passport. My passport was successfully approved by the casino.

On the same day, I deposited $589 and started playing. After several bets, my balance increased to approximately $1,400.

On January 29, 2026, I requested a withdrawal. Shortly after that, the casino asked me to verify my address. I submitted my bank statements as proof of address. However, those documents were rejected.

After that, the casino restricted my account from placing bets and my entire balance was suddenly reduced to $0. My winnings and deposited funds were confiscated.

I contacted customer support multiple times asking for clarification, but they did not provide any clear explanation for confiscating my balance.

I believe this action is unfair because:

My identity verification (passport) was already approved before I deposited.

I deposited and played in good faith.

The casino confiscated my balance without providing a clear reason.

I respectfully ask AskGamblers to investigate this case and help resolve the issue with Roobet, including the return of my balance.

I can provide screenshots of my account, deposit confirmation, verification approval, and communication with support if needed.

Confiscated my winnings and closed my account without explanation

I am submitting this complaint regarding Roobet confiscating my winnings and closing my account without providing any clear explanation.

After playing on Roobet and winning, my account was suddenly closed by the operator. At the same time, all of my winnings were confiscated and only my initial deposit was returned.

I contacted Roobet support to request an explanation for this action, but I did not receive any response or justification for the confiscation of my winnings.

To the best of my knowledge, I did not violate any of Roobet’s Terms and Conditions. I used only one account and played normally on the platform.

While I understand that the operator may reserve the right to close accounts, confiscating legitimately obtained winnings without providing any evidence of rule violations is unfair.

I kindly ask AskGamblers to review this case and help resolve the dispute between me and Roobet.

I made a withdrawal transaction of 40000 inr on 4 feb 2026, it is showing successful on website but i have not received the funds, it has been over 5 days.
At first live support provided me with the UTR no, and when i visited my bank to enquire about the transaction, the bank said there is no such transaction recorded on my banks side.
And now Live customer support and the support email of roobet are even not replying
