I made a withdrawal transaction of 40000 inr on 4 feb 2026, it is showing successful on website but i have not received the funds, it has been over 5 days.
At first live support provided me with the UTR no, and when i visited my bank to enquire about the transaction, the bank said there is no such transaction recorded on my banks side.
And now Live customer support and the support email of roobet are even not replying

It has been over 8 days still the roobet support is just saying that we are checking with our payment provider.
Please be descriptive and provide we a timeline in which the problem will be solved.
Whenever i ask for an update the support just replies with we are waiting for an update from our payment provider.
Please solve this issue and tell me if i will i get the refund in my roobet wallet or in my bank account.
And please provide me with a deadline in which the issue will be solved
