I opened an account, get myself fully verified, deposit £100, played live roulette and made a withdrawal of £297. Live chat support team advise me to use Sepa for speedy withdrawal, so I did it. I have seen said withdrawal has been processed successfully so it can take maximum 2 to 3 business days. I made the withdrawal on 24 February 2023. Today is 8th of March, they are saying it’s still under investigation and nothing they can do, there is no timeframe. I have been playing in online casino for last 10 years and never had such kind of experience previously. Please tell me what should I do now?
