Hi,
I had bets of 16€, 295€ and 75€ rejected, because of some system error. The one for 295€ was actually a dealer's mistake for pulling 2 cards, I won that round, but I didn't receive my wins. Instead, they took my money and it's been 2 weeks and they're apparently still investigating.
Please help me sort this out asap.
