After successful verification Casino blocked withdrawal with 926 euro on my account

Good morning.

I made account in this company nearly a year ago.

I made my first withdrawal one month ago and after successful verification I have got my money.

Then 2 weeks ago I tried to withdrawal 1/3 of my balance but it was rejected. When I came to withdrawal funds section I have seen this message "You do not have a permission to use a withdraw".

The company said: "Please be informed that your issue is under investigation.

As soon as we have an update regarding your matter, you will be notified."

14 days has gone and nothing has been changed.

They said on the chat that investigation could take a 6 months ...

I check the internet and there is a lot of complaints about similar behavior from Rolletto and their clones like Mystake. They are let you withdrawal your winnings once then they block this option and freeze your account for 6 months!

When I was checking for company and I see rankings in the internet they were 7/10 or above. Right now I see there is 6.25/10

As I can see funds are not safe there.

Please help me to get my money back.

6 months of waiting is a time I cannot agree to besides it is unprofessional.

Rolletto change your behavior or you would finish like other scam companies.

I have got my money.
@Rolletto would you like to tell all people in public place what is the problem to ask for this video the same day when you blocked withdrawl options?
Maybe it would improve veryfication process and you wouldn`t tell people that investigation will took 6 months?
Probably if I didn`t public complaint in 2 different places this veryfication would took more time.
Maybe you are a good company but after my experince I will not recommend you to anyone.

I am reaching out to formally submit a complaint against Rolletto Casino, which has been unlawfully withholding my funds and refusing to provide a resolution. Despite numerous attempts to communicate with their support team, I have been met with vague responses, endless delays, and a complete lack of transparency regarding my account status.

A few weeks ago, my account was suddenly blocked, and my balance was frozen without warning. I contacted customer support multiple times and was informed that my account was “under investigation.” However, they refuse to provide any details regarding the investigation, a valid reason for withholding my funds, or a timeline for resolution.


Despite my repeated follow-ups, Rolletto continues to ignore my requests for a clear explanation and immediate withdrawal of my rightful funds. Their lack of transparency and refusal to release my money is deeply concerning, and I strongly believe they are engaging in unfair and unethical practices.


Attempts to Resolve the Issue:

I have contacted their support team multiple times via email and live chat.

I have asked for specific details about the investigation and when I will receive my funds.

They continue to evade my questions and provide no resolution.

My funds remain illegally withheld with no timeframe for release.
