After I won €28000 they held my money for almost 2 weeks, and I need help. I deposited 50 euro's and I won €28000 euro and I did a cashout and then my account was under revieuw but now they cancelled my withdrawal and holding my moneyfor already 9 days, and they say nothing about that, only I have to wait. I need some help now.

They are not gonna to response i have them send more thimes in the chat that they have to response but the dont do it

So they are scamming people what can we do about this? Do you know where they got ther licencie for the casino then i go send them a email to with al the screenshots

Or do you guys have a idea what to do now?

Withdrawal not been paid

According to the casino's terms and conditions, withdrawals should be processed in 1-3 days, and my withdrawal has been pending for 6 days.

I will provide you with my full transaction history and bonus history that shows I have never played with bonus money.

Casino claims that they don’t have any timeframe for my withdrawal, even tho it’s been almost a week since I placed a withdrawal. Even before that, they kept declining my request many times and asked for a new document many times.

I sent them those documents before they even asked, and they declined those and then asked for the same pictures I had already sent. That is just on purpose to delay players' withdrawal and try to make players lose money.

I think I will never see my money from this casino unless I get help

They removed my winning money without any reason

Hello,
On thursday 15 januari 2026 i deposit 3 times 100 euro without using any depositbonus or free spins. I won 1690, so there was 1990 euro on my account.
I provide them all the requested documents for the verification.
On friday 16 januari 2026 my account was verified, so i withdraw 1000 euro, the max amount for withdrawing at 1 day. On sunday 18 januari 2026 rhey cancelled my withdrawel because they needed an extra doc, ... i provide that extra doc and they approved that on monday 19 januari 2026. Today i received a mail that they removed all my winnings?! There is no reason at all to do that!! I never used a depositbonus and i did 3 deposits so there are no restrictions and all my documents are approved!! I have send them a mail. No answering and the live chat is not availaible, ... can you contact them please so i will receive my winning money please?

I am waiting for the payment and they keep stalling

So I joined them on Thursday 11.12.2025 i deposited 200e and after a while I won so that my balance was 900e. I did send my documents (passport, address, payment method) it was approved next day 12.12.2025

I placed my withdrawal and they said, it will take 3 days unless further review is required. Surprise that they asked further verification on 15.12.2025 which was selfie with my passport. It was approved at the same day so i placed another withdrawal request. After 3 days of waiting they informed it has been paid from their side. I asked did they use Trumo and they answered yes. Trumo is instant banking service but i have not been paid.

This needs to be stopped!!! They are lying and lying. I have documented all conversations and i can proof myself. What a nightmare…

Please ask gamblers team, take this seriously!
