They holding my money

After I won €28000 they held my money for almost 2 weeks, and I need help. I deposited 50 euro's and I won €28000 euro and I did a cashout and then my account was under revieuw but now they cancelled my withdrawal and holding my moneyfor already 9 days, and they say nothing about that, only I have to wait. I need some help now.

They are not gonna to response i have them send more thimes in the chat that they have to response but the dont do it

So they are scamming people what can we do about this? Do you know where they got ther licencie for the casino then i go send them a email to with al the screenshots

Or do you guys have a idea what to do now?
